Sony Touch Review

Breaking down the features of the Sony eReader

Here's our favorite review of the Sony Reader Touch Edition. The device looks much sleeker than the Amazon Kindle and the Barnes and Noble Nook. I don't know if it's just a personal bias for the black color but it looks better, with a great screen as well. This review is very thorough so definitely check it out!

The review is much more non-bias than I am, instead breaking down the features of the device. It's very informative, highlighting the differences between the Sony eReader PRS 600 and the older ebook readers from the company. They go over how the touch screen works and how you can use it to annotate segments in the book. Compared to the older version, the contrast is significantly better, with much more visible text.

The video showcases all the different buttons on the Touch edition and explains everything the device can do. It highlights the nice design, with great curved edges and a metallic center. In addition, they showcase every input on the device, and its usage of memory. The annotation feature is pretty cool, though I'm not sure how many people will be eager to pull out a stylus to use.

Overall, this review should help you get a feel for the touch edition better than any other review. The reviewer steps through all of the features, from search, annotating, and general reading. Check out their thoughts on the Sony eReader and let us know how you feel after seeing this device in action.
